Our Core Team

Alli Gibbons and David Klaasen met more than 25 years ago whilst working together at a Central London consultancy. In 2014 they decided to join forces and founded Talent4Performance, because they wanted to expand beyond the confines of their own small consultancies and make an even bigger difference.

Mags Kruger is our Learning Programme Manager. She is the glue that holds everything together and she ensures our resources and materials always look great.
