This is a simple 10-minute deep relaxation exercise using the Body Scan technique. Regular use of these exercises will provide you with the opportunity to develop a very powerful mindfulness and deep relaxation routine. It is best to use headphones or earbuds and ensure that you are sitting comfortably in a place where you will not be disturbed. A quiet room with speakers will also work well.
